Roasted-to-Order
All our coffee is roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness. Because coffee is a perishable food item and due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once products have left our facility. Please double-check your order details before checking out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order at hello@blueprintbeans.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
We reserve the right to determine the outcome based on the condition of the product and our quality control records.
