This coffee from Finca El Morito is produced by third generation farmer David Flores in Peru. At the heart of this lot is Marshell, a relatively new and rare varietal that has quickly gained recognition for its cup quality and potential.

A More Expressive Hybrid

Genetically related to Catimor, Marshell stands apart in the cup. Where traditional Catimor can be more structured and straightforward, Marshell often shows higher sweetness, brighter fruit, more florals, and a cleaner finish, qualities that brought it into the spotlight after winning Cup of Excellence Peru in 2019.
