CHOCOLATE ESTATE
Chocolate Estate comes from Cerrado Mineiro, one of Brazil’s most celebrated coffee regions. Situated on a high plateau in Minas Gerais, the area enjoys cool, dry winters and warm, wet summers—ideal conditions for producing consistently high-quality coffee. The harvest runs from May to November, perfectly aligned with the region’s climate.
Cerrado Mineiro was the first region in Brazil to receive both Indication of Origin and Denomination of Origin status—recognising the unique character of its coffees and protecting their identity.
This lot was grown at Fazenda Recanto, a family-run estate led by the Vinhal family, who have been cultivating coffee since the 1970s. Today, Rafael Vinhal, part of the third generation, is known for pushing the boundaries of processing—drawing out expressive, layered flavours in every lot.
Grown at 1,200 meters above sea level, Chocolate Estate is a naturally processed mix of varietals that delivers a rich sweetness, full body, and deep chocolatey character—true to its name.
