COLOMBIA
Santa Elena #1
Floral, juicy and refined. A washed Pink Bourbon from Huila, Colombia, with bergamot-like citrus and lingering caramel sweetness.
Santa Elena #1 comes from a 7-hectare farm in Huila, Colombia, where Maria Damaris Medina and her husband, Wilson, have spent years refining their approach to specialty coffee.
Both raised in coffee-growing families, they have gradually replaced many of their Castillo trees with Pink Bourbon, a variety valued for its floral complexity and expressive fruit character.
This washed lot reflects their continued focus on cup quality, bringing together the distinctive qualities of Pink Bourbon in a clean, balanced cup.
